During the run, one runner (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JalalAK_jojo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@jalalak_jojo on twitter<\/a> ) tweeted about being beaten several times by Israeli forces: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I am a runner. I run marathons around whole world. Never have I been attacked violently by police forces as I was today, during the Jerusalem run from #SaveSheikhJarrah to #SaveSilwan.
