You can read a short article about the Nakba <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/spbr.org.uk\/index.php\/nakba-74-years-on\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sheffieldpsc.org.uk\/?p=2943\" target=\"_blank\">Sheffield Palestine solidarity Campaign will be screening two films<\/a>, on Friday May 13th at 7pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first, Shooting the Messenger, is about how  the Israeli state targets Palestinian journalists. Also showing is a film called  Al Arakeeb, which gives an example of the Ongoing Nakba and details how the displacement of Palestinian people continues today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/spbr.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/torch-of-return-badil.jpeg?resize=384%2C240\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1825\" width=\"384\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/spbr.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/torch-of-return-badil.jpeg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/spbr.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/torch-of-return-badil.jpeg?resize=300%2C188&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the films please join us in lighting The Torch of Return as symbol of solidarity with Palestinian people all over the world.
